1.Maximum average will be 300 Kms. per day.
2. Toll Tax, Parking Passenger Tax will be paid by the party.
3. Advance is not refundable on cancellation of the vehicle.
4.Vehicle will not accommodate passengers more than Seating Capacity.
5.Party will be responsible for their goods and luggage carried in the vehicle.
6.All contradiction will be paid by the party.(Like Toll tax, Inter state tax etc).
7.Vehicle booked any time in the day will be charged second day after 12:00 midnight.
8.If Vehicle is run less than averages Kms. Party will have to pay according to average Kms.
9. Party will be responsible for the challan / penalty for the wrong guidance of the road by them.
10. Night charges applicable according to condition and situation, It may be between ₹300 to ₹500.
